Positions for Engineering, Construction and Project Management
Overall Purpose and objective:
To directs, plan and supervises large construction projects. And also responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Determine and define scope of work and deliverables
- Predict resources needed to complete project
- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
- Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Manage costs in order to meet budget
- Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
- Manage construction schedule and activities
- Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
- Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
- Strong leadership and management skills

Positions for Onshore Maintenance, Production and Support Specialist
Overall Purpose and objective:
Responsible for managing the overall maintenance operations associated with oil and gas installation, which could be an onshore/offshore platform or vessel.
Responsibilities
- Monitors equipment and systems to ensure that the required performance is maintained
- Ensure the effective working of the permit to work system
- Develop data extractions or develop reports from requests or requirements stated by clients, and to investigate data related issues.
- Track and appropriately escalate production issues & report periodically to group charged with monitoring uptime and efficiency of production application.
- Analyze production issues to determine root cause and provides fix recommendations to the development team.
- Support tasks to include alert monitoring for periodic jobs, opening trouble tickets, general escalation, client coordination, and vendor interactions.
- Assist with planning and testing of application, configuration and database changes, and installation of upgrades and patches and update production support documentation.
Required Experience
- Must have problem solving skills and be capable of breaking down complex situations to discover and resolve root causes, this applies to both technical issues and process issues.
- Good communication skills both verbal and writing with the ability to discuss issues with users.
- Understanding of database concepts.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
- Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
- Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
- Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
